The chances are, you deserve a raise. The American Association of University Women (AAUW) wants to help.
AAUW has launched a free online course designed to give you the tools you need to successfully negotiate your salary.
All you need to do is head to salary.aauw.org to register.
Next, you’ll be directed to a brief questionnaire to help determine the level of negotiation advice you’ll need.
After that, you’ll receive a downloadable workbook to accompany you as you work through the AAUW Work Smart Online course.
The course covers how to create your own value statement, how to research your target salary, tips for successful negotiation, and more.
It’s completely free and you can work through each step at your own pace.
