We are currently inviting members to join the Closing the Gender Pay Gap community on Ashoka’s new LinkedIn Elevate platform. The aim is to forge conversations, make connections and share resources.
In fall of 2017, Ashoka Fellow Tomas Alvarez and Ashoka staff member, Bob Spoer, co-founded Collaboration for Talent (CFT) to forge a new conversation and structures of support for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the talent marketplace. CFT believes that a human-centered and equity-centered approach to talent is the only path to true diversity and inclusion.
